Chabad House proudly runs a seniors programme on a daily basis for seniors, both men and women, attracting many elderly people who are in need of inspiration, guidance, company and a warm and caring environment. The programme currently includes:

• Daily Kolel for Men: Includes transport service, refreshments, lunch, a stipend for attendees.

• Ladies Kolel: Including transport service, refreshments, lunch, stipend for attendees.

• Individual Visitations to private homes, senior facilities and hospitals.

• Memory Enhancement & Extra Curricular Programmes Every Monday at Chabad House with professional Occupational Therapist, Cynthia Liptz
• Yoga; Breathing & Stretching Techniques with Dr. Helen Kenedy
• Biokinetic s on Wednesdays
• Medical Q&A Sessions with diverse topics of your choice with Dr. Adam Stern
• Physio Therapies with Caron Shapiro and Levine on Thursdays

• Rosh Chodesh Club – held every month
