-
Picnics Feel like throwing a blanket on the ground and enjoying a specially prepared picnic? Pick your spot overlooking the Vaal River and you and your special people can enjoy some time together while we take care of the food. Zorgvliet Spa
What’s a break away from home without a spa treatment? The Zorgvliet Spa is situated at Riviera on Vaal Country Club and is open to hotel guests. It’s essentially a day spa and has a wonderful ‘menu’ of pamper treatments – massages, manicures, pedicures, fabulous facials, and slimming treatments as well as a sauna.
-
Golf at the Country Club If you enjoy golf, the 18-hole, very well -known Riviera on Vaal Country Club situated adjacent to the hotel is not going to disappoint you. This stunning course is set between the Vaal and Klip Rivers so (guaranteed!) you are going to be blown away by the beautiful scenery. It’s interesting to note that the historic club house was designed by Sir Herbert Baker; a walk around the club house will reveal plenty of interesting history.
For beginners; a 9-hole Pitch and Putt course is available and the whole family can enjoy a round on this mini golf course. Book a game!
