INDOOR ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:Run by  Teamgel
Teamgel facilitates teambuilding workshops using LEGO ® bricks to help adults work together seriously. Teamgel uses two methodologies, Serious Fun and Serious Play. Both are huge FUN and have a serious, business side to them. Each can be held on its own, or, more powerfully, it's best to hold them back to back. 

Serious Fun uses LEGO® bricks as a team building tool to achieve shared bonding between team members in a fun way. It is also a way of learning about the principles of management and team building through the means of situational learning. An outline of this workshop can be found on the Teamgel website (the G, the House and the Dog exercises).

Serious Play uses the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY™ methodology of group decision making and problem solving  to solve business problems by means of play. Delegates reach committed consensus (a shared view) on business issues through metaphorical thinking and storytelling as they enter the mental state of Flow. See Teamgel website for an explanation of this concept. This leads, naturally, to their deciding on shared action. An outline of this workshop can be found on the Teamgel website.

Ama Zwing Zwing Zip Line Tours
Tried and Tested teambuilding options in the Hartbeespoort area - not too far from Shumba Valley Lodge.
This teambuilding activity is +/-20 minutes drive away from Shumba Valley Lodge and is a true Teambuilding experience, which takes one out of one’s comfort zone plus it is a HUGE adrenalin rush, for all ages!!

The venue can accommodate from 8-150 pax in equal groups, and the experience takes 1.5 hours per group with a gap of 15 minutes in between groups.

Prices range from R285 per person to R380 per person, depending on the amount of people, excluding transport.
