The programme was so full and varied with something to suit everyone's taste. There was so much choice sometimes one didn't know what to choose! The Shul services and Sedorim were inspiring and beautiful. Excellent shiurim. The food was WOW!! cant believe that was Pesachdikke food and often parev too!!! Food was basically on tap, was so good!! Brilliant caterers!!
The hotel staff from reception, the manager, kitchen staff, Waiters, housekeeping etc where all excellent! As for the staff opening our room doors for us till all hours of the night on Shabbos and Yomtov was totally amazing!! There was really nothing you guys didn't think of!!! The hotel itself was great and the views WOW!!!
The people that came on the retreat from all over the world, making it an international retreat!! Were really awesome too!! Everyone getting on with everyone all the time even with people changing. The unity was really totally WOW!!!!

They loved the drumming, the beading, the food, and especially your kids, I had to break up a game of scrabble between 5-8 year olds at 10pm on the last night - the spelling was very interesting! We thought everything was very professional and every detail taken care of. "I really enjoyed this experience – from the monkeys in the trees, to the interesting lectures, and friends I made. The food was plentiful and good. It’s drivable to many fascinating places, although take note if you’re American that you’ll be on the wrong side of the road. The Chol Hamoed evenings were especially fun and themed. Most of the guests were South African. Hotel staff was lovely. The organized trips were not terribly organized, but it was good to have company, and the yummy box lunches they sent with us made up for it. Learn about safety precautions In the airport (lock/wrap luggage and watch it like a hawk), streets (don’t carry a purse) and safari (don’t get too close to animals that can step on your car) before you go. The location is remote, so you can’t count on ubers from there, and they recommend a local car service that comes, umm, when it comes.. There is a nice hotel in Jewish Joburg (Genesis) that is above a grocery with kosher-take out and a bagel store if you need a place to stay the night you come in...." -Elisa Stern, USA
